Q1. How do I place an order on BlueFery?
Simply browse our collections, select your desired product, choose your size or variant, and click "Add to Cart" or "Buy It Now". You can also order directly via WhatsApp at 0315-8972398 — just send us the product name and your delivery address.
Q2. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
✅ Yes! Cash on Delivery is available all over Pakistan.
You pay the courier only when your order arrives at your doorstep — no advance payment required. Simply place your order and we'll handle the restQ3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) — available all over Pakistan
- Bank Transfer — account details shared on WhatsApp after order
- EasyPaisa / JazzCash — contact us on WhatsApp for details

Q4. Can I order via WhatsApp?
Absolutely! You can order directly by messaging us on WhatsApp at 0315-8972398. Share the product name or link, your full address, and your preferred payment method — we'll take care of the rest.

Q6. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Please contact us immediately on WhatsApp at 0315-8972398 with your order number. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Q1. How much are the delivery charges?
Flat Rs. 200 delivery charge on all orders across Pakistan.
The delivery charge is the same regardless of the number of items or your location within Pakistan.Q2. How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery times:
- Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi: 2–3 working days
- Other major cities: 3–4 working days
- Remote areas: 4–6 working days
- Sale / Eid season: 5–7 working days
⚠️ During sale seasons, delivery may take slightly longer due to high order volumes.
Q3. Do you deliver all over Pakistan?
Yes! We deliver to every city, town, and village across Pakistan. Whether you are in Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar, Quetta, Gilgit, or anywhere in between — we've got you covered.
Q4. How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via WhatsApp. You can use this number on the courier company's website to track your delivery in real time. You can also use the Track Order option on our website.
Q5. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only deliver within Pakistan. International shipping is coming soon — stay tuned to our social media for updates!
Q6. Will I receive a confirmation after placing my order?
Yes! After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation call or SMS from our team. Please ensure your phone number is correct and reachable. The courier will also call you before delivery.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Q1. Can I open the package before paying the courier?
⚠️ No. As per standard COD rules in Pakistan, the courier company does not allow packages to be opened before payment is made.
This is a nationwide policy followed by all courier services — not a BlueFery rule. Please pay the courier first, then inspect your package. If there is any issue, contact us immediately on WhatsApp.Q2. What if I have an issue with my order after paying COD?
If you find any issue with your order after payment, please take clear photos immediately and contact us on WhatsApp at 0315-8972398 within 48 hours. Our team will review your case and provide a solution as quickly as possible.
Q3. What happens if I miss the courier's delivery attempt?
The courier will typically attempt delivery 2–3 times and will call you before each attempt. If you miss the call, please contact us on WhatsApp at 0315-8972398 so we can coordinate with the courier on your behalf.
4. Products & Quality
Q1. Are your products 100% original?
Absolutely. Every product sold at BlueFery is 100% original and premium quality.
Each item goes through a thorough quality check before it is packed and dispatched to you.
Q2. The product color looks different on screen — is that normal?
Minor color variations can occur due to differences in screen resolution, brightness settings, and photography lighting. We always try to capture the most accurate colors possible. For a better idea of the true color, check the customer review photos on the product page.
Q3. What is the difference between unstitched and ready-to-wear?
- Unstitched: You receive the fabric and can have it stitched to your preferred measurements and style by your local tailor.
- Ready-to-Wear: The dress is already fully stitched and ready to wear — available in standard sizes.
Q4. Do you restock sold-out items?
Some of our designs are restocked, while others are limited edition. To find out if a specific item will be restocked, please contact us on WhatsApp. You can also follow our social media pages for new arrival announcements.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Q1. What is your return and exchange policy?
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is:
- Unused and unwashed
- In its original packaging with all tags intact
Q2. How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Contact us on WhatsApp at 0315-8972398 with your order number and photos of the product. Our team will guide you through the process within 24 hours.
Q3. Are sale items eligible for return or exchange?
⚠️ No. Items purchased on sale, at a discounted price, or during promotional offers are not eligible for return or exchange.
Q4. I received the wrong or damaged product — what do I do?
If the error is on our end, no restocking fee will be charged and we will cover the return shipping cost.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos via WhatsApp. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.Q5. How will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after we receive the returned item. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer. Card payments are refunded to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
